Senior Tableau Developer

Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients to understand high-level as well as detailed project requirements and understand business problems.
- Develop customized business intelligence solutions, visualization, dashboards, and reporting to answer business questions.
- Manage client communication and meetings, documentation, feedback, and other processes. Be responsible for end-to-end project management.
- Collaborate with other developers, data analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
- Enhance the whole process of data management, collecting, dashboard design, and product life-cycle management.
- Lead and manage team members.
Should have hands-on experience in one or more of the followings:
- Dashboard and report development using Tableau Desktop.
- Strong understanding of data blending, data joins and data relationship.
- Expertise in LOD and table calculation functions.
- Strong understanding of use cases of filters, parameters, actions etc.
- Very good understanding of visual design theory and visual story-telling.
- Expertise in Tableau Server and Tableau Online management.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, highly dynamic atmosphere and react quickly to changes and shifting priorities.
- Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
