Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Lead

    multiple teams) on the progress of the project.

    test plans, progress reports, sprint plan, technical specifications and user
    manuals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and identify opportunities for
    additional services and projects. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project
    teams.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Any relevant certifications will be a plus.

  • Understand client requirements, business operations, sales and marketing performances and recommend the best possible data analytics solutions.
  • Continuously add value to client engagements by tracking their business metrics, identifying trends and patterns, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Take up various data modelling and statistical modelling including customer cohorts, segmentation, customer life-time value analysis, loyalty and promotional analysis, marketing ad spend analysis, price optimization, demand forecasting. inventory optimization etc.
